Arthritis Exercise is designed to increase muscular strength, reduce pain and stiffness, increase range of motion, balance and mobility. There is no cost to attend the program. The exercises are performed sitting and/or standing and everyone works and their own pace. No experience is necessary. Non-skid, supportive athletic shoes are required.
